Terms of use
Last updated 26 September 2026
In short: Review DRHPs helps you read IPO prospectuses. It points to what the documents say, with page references. It does not tell you whether to invest, and it is not investment advice.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of Review DRHPs (reviewdrhps.com), operated by [operator to be confirmed]. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What the service is
The site reviews Indian IPO offer documents (draft red herring prospectuses, red herring prospectuses and prospectuses) that issuers have filed publicly. The reviews and answers are prepared by automated means from those documents only. Each point is a prompt to read the cited page of the document, not a conclusion about the company, and not a finding of wrongdoing.
3. Not investment advice
Nothing on the site is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, or a recommendation to subscribe for, buy, sell or hold any security. We are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as a research analyst or an investment adviser. Before investing, read the offer document itself, and consider consulting a SEBI-registered investment adviser.
4. Accuracy and limitations
- Figures and quotations are taken from the offer document and checked automatically against the page they come from, but automated reading can miss or misread information. Where anything on the site differs from the offer document, the offer document prevails.
- The thresholds that mark points to "read closely" or "worth checking" are general analytical defaults. They are not rules, and they are shown with each point.
- We do not verify the documents against outside sources.
- If you find an error, please tell us at [contact email to be confirmed]. We correct errors and say so openly.
5. Accounts and free questions
- You can read reviews without an account. To ask your own questions you need to sign in with Google, or with an access code if you have been invited.
- Free accounts get a number of questions on each IPO, plus welcome questions in their first month; paid plans add more. The current allowances are shown on the site. We may change the allowances, the plans or their prices, with notice.
- One account per person. Please do not create extra accounts or otherwise try to get round the allowance.
- Keep your access code to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
6. Acceptable use
Please do not: copy or download the site's content in bulk or by automated means (scraping); resell or republish reviews or answers as your own; try to disrupt the site, get round its security or limits, or extract its underlying instructions; or use the site for anything unlawful.
7. Content and copyright
Offer documents belong to their issuers and are quoted here, with page references, for review and commentary. The reviews, answers, text, design and software of the site belong to the operator. You may read and share links to reviews, and quote short passages with a link back, for your own non-commercial use. Please ask before reproducing reviews in full.
8. Issuers
Issuers using the private questionnaire do so under a separate agreement, which prevails over these terms for that service.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
10. Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use, including any investment decision. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [to be confirmed], and disputes are subject to the courts of [to be confirmed].
